Specific consulting, training, or compliance services will be governed by separate service agreements that outline the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement shall control with respect to the services covered by that agreement.
We understand that our clients may share sensitive information with us in the course of our services. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of such information and will only use it for the purposes for which it was provided. Our handling of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.
Termination of specific services will be governed by the applicable service agreement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and CyberITC regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
